The Beggar Mafia in India

The Beggar Mafia in India:

THE BEGGAR MAFIA LURE POOR PEOPLE WITH PROMISES OF MORE EARNINGS TO GET THEIR LIMBS CHOPPED OFF AND PUSH THEM INTO BEGGING… The brutal ways of the beggar mafia know no boundary. In order to sustain their business, they don't hesitate to use willing doctors to first invalidate totally healthy limbs and then hack them off before pushing the victims back on the streets to live off their earnings.

THERE IS A NETWORK OF DOCTORS ACROSS NORTH INDIA THAT DOES THIS GORY JOB…

For the first time CNN IBN Special investigation team found concrete evidence of the existence of a Beggar Mafia in India. It has revealed that the mafia operates in collusion with a network of doctors to chop off healthy limbs of beggars.

In an undercover operation, CNN-IBN reporters discovered that a network of doctors supports Beggar Mafia across northern India in cities like Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Bareilley etc. For the greed of earning a few extra bucks, these doctors are ready to forget their professional ethics and code of conduct. The investigation reveals the brutal truth of these doctors, who charge large sums of money and comply with the Beggar Mafia in amputating limbs of perfectly normal people and force them into begging.

Dr. Ajay Agarwal is a senior orthopaedic surgeon with Ghaziabad and Noida district hospital, involved in illegal amputations.when investigators approached him for amputation of a healthy limb, he not only agreed but also led to several other doctors. On further investigation, CNN IBN-DIG were able to expose two more doctors- Dr. Arvind Agarwal, Secretary of the Orthopaedic Association of Bareilly and Dr. P K Bansal a senior orthopaedician who runs
a private clinic Orthomat in Old Rajinder Nagar, Delhi.

Each of these doctors accepted money for conducting amputations on healthy limbs. Dr. Ajay Agarwal even admitted a fake beggar in his Uma Nursing Home. The X Ray report of the fake beggar available with CNN IBN-DIG is perfectly normal, the doctor however was willing to induce gangrene in the healthy limb in order to justify the amputation. After preliminary medical tests, the fake beggar escaped from the nursing home on the pretext of lunch.

Following the airing of the CNN IBN- story, Dr. Ajay Agarwal and Dr. Arvind Agarwal have gone in to hiding. The police took Dr. P K Bansal for questioning, however, released him without registering a case.

Whoz to blame....the ones who r willing to go under the knife , so dat dey can beg n have a meal a day, or the maniac mafia dons who mastermid this brutual act n live on dat money....or the doctors who r nothng but behaving like blood sucking vampires..... ???

Or our very own politicians who are blindly closing their senseless eyez n r busy fiiling their Swiss accounts !!

Vinu, I have news for you..

Beggar sting stings the man behind it
Cops Arrest Gzb Doc For 'Faking' Sting On TV
Lalit Kumar | TNN
Ghaziabad: The Ghaziabad police arrested former chief medical officer of the district, Dr Vinod Kumar, late on Thursday night and claimed to have blown the lid off the so-called sting against ''mercenary'' orthopedic surgeons in Delhi and Ghaziabad.
The 'sting', aired by a prominent TV channel on July 19, 2006, had claimed to be showing doctors agreeing to chopping off the limbs of poor people to make them beg for alms, for a payment.
But, after a report was filed with the police by Dr Ajay Agarwal, a Ghaziabad and Noida district hospitals' orthopedic surgeon, the police claimed to have found that the sting was a fake and that the recording had been tampered with. On Saturday night, a police official said, ''We have received the copy of the 'sting' from the news channel, and will send it to the forensic science laboratory on Monday.''
Dr Agarwal alleged that ''Dr Kumar was behind the whole thing. He did this out of personal enmity against me.''
Ghaziabad city police chief Vijay Bhushan said: ''Dr Ajay Agarwal had been given a clean chit by a state committee, comprising Meerut commissioner Deo Datta and medical director Dr AK Tyagi. Later, the Medical Council of India and the Uttar Pradesh Medical Council had both cleared Dr Agarwal, in writing. It was then that Dr Agarwal filed his report, on cheating and other counts, in September 2007.''
On Thursday night, Ghaziabad's Sihani Gate police arrested Dr Vinod Kumar, former Ghaziabad CMO, and, subsequently, chief medical superintendent of the Noida district, who recently retired.
According to the police, Dr Kumar had been part of a conspiracy to frame Dr Agarwal. Dr Kumar was presented before the Ghaziabad chief judicial magistrate on Saturday. But he was let off after he produced an order from Allahabad High Court staying his arrest.
The investigating officer, sub-inspector Ram Bahadur, said: ''The stay is operative only till the next date of the hearing in court. Incidentally, Dr Vinod Kumar's petition, seeking quashing of the report against him, had recently been dismissed by the high court.'' Dr Agarwal told the police that all the doctors shown on the channel were either Dr Kumar's friends or juniors. He had filed the report against Dr Kumar and one Jamshed Khan, the latter having provided the so called 'sting' to the channel.
Meanwhile, the Sihani Gate police have been conducting raids to arrest Khan but without success. Bahadur said, ''We have often received tips about Khan being in a particular place but he always disappears before we get there. But we will find him.''

This is a huge shame for India and I hope that the 'mafia' can be dealt with in violence and the death penalty can be in force. I have noticed that Indian people (I do have Indo blood) are a selfish sort and that is something to be ashamed of.
Beggar Mafia are always used this operation since the days of Ram and PARENTS of children have delibrately maimed and nastily blinded their offspring for this so-called work.
A big population is the Beggar Mafia's best friend and in some ways killing one of these people can actually HELP reduce the huge population of India. I will support anyone who kills a beggar mafia for sport.
